Overview
The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in our organization by serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to various personality types
- Customer-oriented and able to handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Patience and a positive attitude towards customers
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of customer issues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Language Requirements - English and Hindi
