Specific Responsibilities:-
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for Member service
Identify and assess Members needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with member accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle member complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Keep records of Member interactions and process Customer
