- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Should Follow the instructions given by Manager.
