Job Description

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in customer service NeoLotex Business Solution Private Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Issue Handling: Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests, and help resolve any issues they may encounter.Order Processing: Support the processing of customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Information Providing: Offer clear and accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
Record Management: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Feedback Gathering: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our services and customer satisfaction.Learning and Development: Continuously learn about company products and services, and stay updated on customer service best practices.
  • Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; recent graduates with a degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Empathetic and patient with a customer-focused approach.
Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: 12,
  • 00 - 15,000.00 per month
