Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Skills and Qualifications
- HSC with 6 month experience or Bachelor's degree in any field
- We have opening for WFH as well as WFO.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in English and one or more local Indian languages
