Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Skills and Qualifications

  • HSC with 6 month experience or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • We have opening for WFH as well as WFO.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in English and one or more local Indian languages
