We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing customers with information about products and services
  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-10 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations
  • Good knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
