We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing customers with information about products and services
- Processing orders, returns, and refunds
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-10 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Good knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
