We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
