  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products and services to our international clientele, predominantly from Australia.
  • Deliver personalized and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
