Hiring for Lead generation process for International Profile. (Australian Market)

Customer Care Executive (Lead generation executive)

Location - Shastri Nagar, Delhi

Experience - 0-2 years

Qualification - Graduation

Job timing- 6:00AM-2:30 PM

Description -

Responsible to handle outbound calls for international process to generate leads for solar panels and solve queries in the Australian market.

Must be good in English and communication skills

Position attitude with team spirit.

Address customer queries and provide accurate information on solar products and services.

Collaborate with the team to share insights and resolve issues.

Adapt communication style to meet the needs of Australian customers.

Work in the Australian shift to align with local time zones.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work well in a team and meet performance goals.

- Previous outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.

- Willingness to work in the Australian shift hours.

Freshers can apply but with good communication.
