Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks of the role will include assisting customers with their banking needs, resolving inquiries and complaints, and promoting our products and services.
