We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in customer service or related role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and social media to provide information and resolve any issues or concerns
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer queries
- Assist customers in navigating our website and online platforms
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvements
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services
- Track and document customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
