Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in a customer care role and be able to handle customer queries and complaints with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries and complaints via phone
• Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the relevant departments
• Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting or exceeding customer service targets
• Continuously improving customer care processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-4 years of experience in a customer care role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers with tact and professionalism
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service metrics
• Fluent in English and one or more regional languages
