Any non engineering background graduate fresher with a passion for customer support
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support are preferred
- Job Responsibilities:
Handling international voice calls and providing excellent customer support
Addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
