Job description -
As customer care executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer satisfaction, query resolving. This will include calling, chat process.
Requirement :
- Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a decent typing speed.
- You must be adept to handle customers and resolve their queries.
- Must be gentle, patient and sound with basic computer skills.
