Job Description

Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department. (Retail Operations)
  • Sending Reports & Analyzing.
Event Organizing. (Marketing)
  • Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)
Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation)
  • Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team.
Making Snag reports.
  • Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work.
Weekly meetings with the out source team members.
Customer service CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional mannerRetail relations CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement
  • Government compliance Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances
  • Credit control assistance CCE is responsible for

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 9,
  • 00 - 12,000.00 per month
