Requirements
Fresher or 1 year of Customer Support Experience in service industry
Track record of achieving targets
Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
Excellent convincing skills
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Qualifications : Any Graduate
