Qualifications And Skills

Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and returns
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
