Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to better serve customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
