Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in India and requires the candidate to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Maintain customer records and update customer databases
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers about company products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and resolve customer issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer care role
- Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer databases
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
