We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service, communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handling customer feedback and escalating complaints to senior management if necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
