We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service, communication skills, and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handling customer feedback and escalating complaints to senior management if necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
