Position: Process Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Kolkata (Only candidates based in Kolkata can apply)

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills.

- Willingness to work night shifts.

- Both Freshers and experienced are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates must be based in Kolkata.

- Minimum qualification: 12 Pass / Diploma.

Job Description:

- This is an office-based role.

- You'll handle inbound voice calls for a US Medical Process.

- Enjoy fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).

- No sales, no target - just customer service excellence.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive in-hand salary ranging from 13.5k to 17.5k (depending on experience).

- Receive a monthly attendance allowance of 1k (annually 12k).

- Enjoy additional bonuses: Quarterly (2k), Half-yearly (3k), and Yearly (10k), totaling 15k annually.
