Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our call center team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service and should be able to handle customer queries, complaints and provide excellent customer service. The position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries and complaints over the phone or email
  • Providing accurate information to customers on products and services
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Escalating complex issues to the relevant department
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the database
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Achieving individual and team targets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
  • Customer service experience of 0-1 years in a call center environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts
  • Minimum education qualification of 12th standard or equivalent
