  • Maintaining Instant feedback report
  • Preparing Revenue & Technicians performance report daily & Monthly wise
  • Prompting periodic MIS
  • Highly responsive approach to customers and internal staff.

Professional Experience, Skills, Knowledge, And Special Expertise Required

  • 2 years of minimum experience in customer and front office handling.
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Highly responsive behavior
  • Polite and pleasant personality
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
