Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive, who will be responsible for appointments scheduling, tele-calling, Business performance of clinic, client counseling and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Consumption, tracking business pipeline, Collection planning for the month and ensuring that individual and team targets are met to achieve business goals of clinic.
- Focus on Ticket Size, Customer Count & Customer conversion
- Category management (Ortho, Neuro, women's health care, Pediatrics)
- Customer Services
- Responsible for providing Quality and Effective services to the customer.
- To meet and engage with HNI and other customers and focus on repeat buys.
- Responsible for Client Feedback on quality of services and customer experience.
- Responsible for Complaint Management; acknowledge and resolve complaint; timely escalating unresolved complaints.
- Responsible for Mystery Audit Score /NPS Ensures a high degree of Customer Service and experience for all customers visiting clinic i.e. living up to the Aqua Centric promise of a world class clinic.
- Focus on Customer Retention
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree from various field
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in managing Front Line Business
- Preferred experience in Health care or Hospitality Industry
- Well versed in excel, word & managing data
- Should be excellent in communications
- Should have a better understanding of Business strategies, client acquisition and client retentions
