Job Summary- UK based company dealing with customers of online store
Follow up (with suppliers & courier) to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers requests.- Ability to listen carefully and understand British accent
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Willingness to solve customers problems
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and ability to learn
- Knowledge of internet and ability to use Microsoft Office and email to quickly look up customer information
