Been more than 2 years into Customer Care role from Mumbai Location.Customercare after sales
service handling role. Computer knowledge - MS office - word, Basic Excel sheet
- Attend to customer service calls on phone
New order processing & feeding in the system
- Manage the work allocation thru the service management system
Make repair quotations in Tally and interact with the customer for approval complaints or grievances solving
- coordinate with the services and spares team for completion and close service calls
Good in Ms Office. Tally aware or worked than Advantage (ELSE CO WILL TRAIN ON THE SOFTWARE

Pay: 20,- 00 - 25,000.00 per month
