We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Resolving customer issues and escalating them if necessary
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating them regularly
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meeting performance targets and KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a customer care role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other teams
• Bachelor's degree in any field
