Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information to customers about products and services
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Identifying and resolving customer complaints
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing and prioritizing multiple customer inquiries at once
- Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and metrics
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
- Good typing speed and knowledge of basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and one regional language
