Role Description

This is a full-time back-office role for a Customer Care Analyst at LYNXUS Solutions. The Customer Care Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including analyzing customer data, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Requirements

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Typing Speed 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Experience Freshers -2 years experience
• Graduate in any stream
• Basic understanding of English- verbal communication not necessary but candidate should be read comprehend English
• Should be willing to work in Any shift
• This is Work from Office
• 5 days work week
