Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

Answering calls professionally and provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints.

Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints as well as actions taken.

Must have Good Communication Skills.

Pay: 8,
  • 00 - 15,000.00 per month

  • Ludhiana, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

  • Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
