PURPOSE OF POSITION
Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Regional Language Speaking customers.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Eligibility-
Average English Communication.
Should be Average on English understanding where is able to hold the conversation and Should be Fluent with the particular Language applying for (Malayalam/Bengali/Marathi/Kannada/Punjabi/Gujarati)
Candidate should be within 20 Kms from Office Location/Even if relocated.
Immediate Joiners only.
