Context
Our RUN department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts leveraging IVALUA procurement solutions for our customers post go-live. The team is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
Role
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Lead. You will be reporting to the Sr. RUN Manager of the technical customer support team and you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship on the maintenance of the applications in operational and technical terms. You will be part of the Support Team whose mission is to maintain customer applications, successfully deliver enhancements, updates and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our Customers. The Support Team operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency
What You Will Do With Us
- Manage the customer relationship. Gather business requirements and analyze the impact on the implemented solution. Advise Customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.
- Scope maintenance deliveries with Customers. Build the Project Plan and guarantee its successful execution. Work collaboratively with the Customer, the Support Team and with R&D and IT to meet timelines and business requirements.
- Guarantee Service Level Agreements are met.
- Configure the application and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the application on a daily basis. Follow all operational processes to guarantee Ivalua's high standard quality are met.
- Oversee the Deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful delivery to Production
- Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) activities.
YOUR PROFILE
Skills And Experience
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:
- Minimum 6 years experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
- Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration.
- Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills
- Customer facing skills, self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership and exceptional communication skills
- Serve as mentor to colleagues and project teams
- You will go through Ivalua's certification process to learn the Product.
- BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; outstanding interpersonal skills.
- You have a positive attitude, are passionate and can thrive in a super-fast paced and evolving environment
