JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Customer Accounts Associate
Location: India
SCOPE
Performs data entry of information through custom or other software. The Customer Accounts Associate will be responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data. Proofs material entered as required and generates data reports as required. Works closely with the Customer Accounts Department in all regions globally to provide customers with the best possible service and support.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required.
Review discrepancies in data received requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data, and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
May interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
Files, keeps records, and prepares/transmits/sorts/distributes facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
Perform quality work within deadlines.
Interact professionally with other employees.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Fluent in English written and spoken
Able to type data for long periods of time.
Detailed and thorough in work habits.
PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
Neat and legible handwriting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
0-4 year's of work experience
