Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, including account creation, document handling, and coordinating with the team for WhatsApp account setup. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate account creation for clients.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Document Handling:
- Collect, verify, and manage all necessary documents from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding document handling.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with the team to set up WhatsApp accounts for clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the onboarding process and account creation.
- Proficient in handling client documents and maintaining records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Graduation BBA/MBA
- Experience in customer onboarding or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
