• 6. Establish good business relationship, spin selling, handling technical or commercial complaints.
• 7. Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
• 8. Writing up sales contracts.
• 9. Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
• 10. Following-up in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and emails enquiries.
