Job Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented and dedicated Course Tracking/Curriculum Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking our educational programs. The ideal candidate will ensure on time course completions, maintain high-quality curriculum, and facilitate academic excellence for both faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Planning and Implementation

Plan and manage course schedules, including syllabus division, topic sequencing, test dates, and result preparation timelines.

Ensure timely course completion without missing syllabus milestones.

2. Curriculum Management

Oversee the design and update of study materials, ensuring alignment with competitive exam patterns.

Collaborate with faculty to incorporate feedback and improve course content.

3. Monitoring and Reporting

Regularly monitor course progress and student performance through assessments and tests.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management and parents regarding student performance and course status.

4. Faculty Coordination

Collaborate with faculty members to ensure uniform teaching standards across all batches and centres.

Regularly communicate with both faculty and students to address academic issues.

5. Student Support

Organize special doubt clearing sessions and additional classes for students requiring extra help.

Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth student teacher interaction.

6. Batch Restructuring

Restructure batches based on student performance in tests.

Move high performing students to advanced batches and provide extra assistance to average students.

7. Quality Assurance

Maintain high teaching and learning standards by regularly reviewing and updating the curriculum.

Implement mechanisms for feedback to ensure continuous improvement in education quality.
