Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced AI and Data Science professional with a passion for education and a commitment to student success. As the Curriculum Head for our Data Science & Machine Learning programs, you will design, refine, and lead curriculum initiatives that bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that our graduates are fully prepared to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Leadership: Develop, update, and enhance curriculum frameworks for Data Science, AI, and ML programs, keeping them aligned with industry standards.
- Outcome Ownership: Take responsibility for students learning outcomes, focusing on skill acquisition and job-readiness.
- AI & Data Science Initiatives: Lead and contribute to in-house AI and Data Science projects at Masai, applying domain expertise beyond the classroom to develop real-world AI solutions and drive innovation within the organization
- Teaching Excellence: Lead by example in teaching methodologies, inspire instructors, and engage with students through structured mentorship.
- Industry Collaboration: Maintain an active connection with industry to adapt the curriculum for current and future workforce needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning, with demonstrated expertise in relevant tools and technologies.
- Education Passion: A strong inclination for education and a belief in the outcome-driven model.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead curriculum development and manage teams with a focus on student success.
