- Design lesson plans including assessments for PrePrimary classes for our CBSE schools
- Planning and development for training of teachers
- Handling academic events & celebrations
- Creating a conducive learning environment

Responsibilities:
- Create and collate the information related to a particular PrePrimary subject & topic as per the syllabus & curriculum
- Develop projects & assignments on the given topic of the subject
- Create a calendar & tracker for that particular subject for deliverables and deadlines
- Create the lesson plan productively and effectively
- Inculcate innovative activities in an age-appropriate manner into the curriculum
- Use technology-related tools in the curriculum that is being developed for online learning
- Should be able to tutor the students in the classroom & teachers during training
- Understand the goal of the curriculum and develop the content accordingly
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Plan subject-specific training for the teachers
- To conduct teacher observations in the classroom for specific inputs & guidance and record the feedback in the observation sheet
- Maintain LFL resources at school including teaching aids & lab materials
- Participate in continuous professional development programs that are relevant to the subject
- Develop a curriculum for holiday programs
- Maintain the Glentree curriculum portal
- Develop question papers, answer keys & collate revision papers
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with NTT / Early Childhood Education / Montessori certification from a recognized institute
- Experience in the preschool industry, including the development of a preschool curriculum
