Service Operations
Job description / Mission
- Receive weekly customer visit schedule from the Team Leader.
- Complete the service at customer site.
- Create the service report post job closure
- Understand the service procedure from the technical support team in case of a complex procedure.
IN ORDER TO complete service interventions at customer site
Service Efficiency
- Perform service interventions in an efficient manner (First Time Fix the problem) in strict compliance with operating procedures and manuals.
- Improve utilization hours.
- To pass on the business lead generated to the CTS sales engineer for aftermarket products through MAM2 lead.
- To pass on the business lead generated for equipment to the equipment sales engineer
IN ORDER TO improve service revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Dealer Training
- Keep Dealer service engineer updated with relevant technical information
- Monitor complaint registers of dealers and track dealer performance to ensure that they are performing service interventions in line with the requirements of the machine population.
- Keep a track and monitor the ECB implementation status related to dealer's install base.
IN ORDER TO improve dealer efficiency in handling service.
Failure Reporting
- Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality related issues.
- Returning of warranty failed material when asked for inspection for direct ROC.
- Escalation of customer feedback.
IN ORDER TO help the product company in addressing product quality issues.
Compliance With Corporate Guidelines
- Follow in letter and spirit of the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core values.
- Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct.
- Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time.
- Perform any other tasks given by the Team Leader from time to time
