Role Overview:

As the CTO / Lead PHP Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our PHP development projects, including architecture design, coding standards, quality assurance, and team management. You will collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Define and implement best practices for PHP development, including coding standards, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Architect scalable and efficient PHP solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software products.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our technology stack and development processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our PHP development practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in leading PHP development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Extensive experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
