Job Description:
The Technical Delivery Head / CTO / CIO at Flexsin Technologies will be responsible for managing all scope of services delivered by the Software/Information Technology operations, overall performance in accordance to established KPIs, continuous improvements and cost effectiveness of the operation. The incumbent should have experience working as a Technical Architect.
The KRA's includes:
- Manage Global Operations & Delivery.
- Client Management across the geographies.
- Involved in developing and defining the Architecture Standards.
- Create the required POCs along with the delivery head
- Streer head all the Presales, Solutioning and proposals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Responsible for P&L of the delivery team.
- Strategize and be involved with stakeholders.
- Identify and develop strategy for domain/CoE focus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and develop a roadmap for implementing new technologies to enhance products, processes, and services.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
- Think, design and create a proof of concept (POC) along with the delivery and technical managers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions that enhance software development and and customer engagement.
- Manage the profit and loss of delivery team and develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks that could impact the organization's operations, data integrity, or reputation.
- Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or business-related degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in technology leadership roles, preferably within the publishing industry or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in implementing technology strategies that drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a track record of effective decision-making.
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations related to data privacy and security.
