Role Description: Co-founder / CTO

As we chart our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary partner to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in the field of AI, healthcare and consumer applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, building consumer & business applications & products and developing strong AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI and Data Strategy: Drive the development and integration of AI technologies to enhance our early illness detection and health information platform. Leverage data to improve personalization and deliver better healthcare outcomes.
• Technology Leadership: Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for Tap Health, aligning with the company's business goals.
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Product Development: Oversee the development and deployment of our AI-driven healthcare platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security.
• Innovation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with other executives, stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities for technological advancement and integration.
• Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, leveraging our proprietary knowledge base to fine-tune our AI models and improve personalization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing, deployment, and monitoring practices to maintain high-quality, reliable, and secure software solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field from a premier institute.

- 10-15 years experience in a senior technology leadership role in a consumer Internet business

- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI tech involving LLM, NLP, ML, NLP etc
