Description

We are seeking a CSSD Technician - Microbiology or Staff Nurse OT Theater Assistant with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and infection control in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Performing sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Preparing and packaging surgical instruments for use in the operating room
• Monitoring and documenting sterilization processes
• Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and procedures
• Coordinating with surgical team to ensure availability of sterile equipment and supplies

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a CSSD Technician - Microbiology or Staff Nurse OT Theater Assistant
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Nursing, or related field
• Experience with sterilization techniques and infection control policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
