Team Overview
KKR's CSRE organization is a shared services function. The procurement team's objective is to provide transparency across market data spend to optimize decision making and budgets. The team oversees administrative operations across the firm including training, development, process enhancement, and implementation of best practices. The team also collaborates with relevant departments to ensure effectiveness in process quality and communication.
Position Summary
The role is responsible for providing ongoing internal support to new joiners regarding their access to systems, tools and licenses. The role provides and revokes the relevant licenses and access along with coordinating automation efforts onto Service Now. The role would require being proactive, highly organized, critical detail-oriented nature, and ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Onboarding request forms from new joiners regarding the list of access requirements
- Tracking, metrics and reporting using advanced excel
- Reviewing, executing, and closing of Service Now tickets for market data access timely manner
- Handle the access request to all data at the firm to maintain confidentiality and proper data governance in master inventory file
- Provide access to systems along with license allocation to new joiners or team members
- Keep a track of the market data licensing and maintenance of the same of master inventory
- Revoke access to systems in specific instances of exit management or other official requests during off-boarding
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as point of contact for new joiners regarding access requests and software licenses
- Use judgment while dealing with a broad range of stakeholders across the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles and understands business processes for financial organizations
- Experience in a multinational Finances Services organization and/or Private Equity preferred
- Ability to manage access requests from new joiners
- Ability to maintain records of licenses
- Systems/ Tools/ Application knowledge:
- Experience with Concur Expense/ Invoice preferred
- Proficiency in data analytics, report development
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
