Great Eastern CSR foundation's funding focuses on three thrust areas - Education, Health and Livelihood Development. Employee engagement is another key area of focus for the Foundation.

About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in CSR roles from NGO's or Corporates with relevant CSR experience. The detailed job profile is as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in NGO partner portfolio management. This includes identifying potential partners, due diligence process, review and finalizing the proposals, presenting the proposals in CSR Committee for approval, Formalizing the partnership via MoU, program and financial review of partner NGO work from time to time and so on.
• Contribute to Employee engagement initiatives. This includes dealing with internal employees and external service providers/ NGOs and organizing meaningful events and projects from time to time.
• Own internal MIS and documentation process and assist in participating internal and external audits of our CSR foundation work.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders -including other CSR Foundations, NGOs, Government officials involved in development work and so on and strengthen the work and impact of our CSR foundation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work/ Sociology/ Development Studies or field relevant to CSR work

Required Skills:

• At least two to five years work experience having exposure to grassroot social realities
• High empathy/EQ
• Ready to travel to rural locations
• Effective communicator with ability to connect with stakeholders with varied backgrounds
• Good knowledge of basic computer skills (MS office and internet) along with interest in use of technology in the social sector.
