Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Airtel customers through various communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.- Maintain a thorough understanding of Airtel products and services to provide accurate information.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in 45 days of paid training to understand the company's processes and enhance service skills.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within the BPO industry. (Mandatory)- Excellent communication skills in English. (Mandatory)
Graduates only. (Mandatory)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7) for male candidates.
Age limit up to 30 years.- Immediate joiners required.
