Job Title: Customer Support Executive
- Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working
- Facility: Cab Services are available / 1-time Meal for candidates
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.- Provide accurate information about our electric vehicle products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.- Continuously update knowledge of electric vehicle industry trends and company products.
Excellent communication skills in B2 or C1 US English, both verbal and written.- Typing speed: 35 WPM, 90% accuracy.
Graduation degree preferred.
- Experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, is preferred.
