Handle inbound/outbound customer queries.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Provide technical support for our energy management products and mobile applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.- A graduation degree is a must.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night).
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
