Job Description
The ideal CSA candidate will have a passion for solving problems to help new and existing customers leverage the Openprise platform to continuously gain business value from our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Become an Openprise platform and data management expert
- Work interactively with the rest of the US and India-based CS team to problem-solve, develop new best practices, and improve platform adoption by customers
- Engage with the US-based CS team to build out jobs in the Openprise platform Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related fields
- Experience with technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Flexible schedule, possible weekend/evening work
Pluses:
- Experience communicating technical issues
- Completed (and enjoyed) at least one programming class
- Familiarity with marketing and/or sales data practices
