Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team at Hotel's in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing a diverse range of dishes, including brunch items, herbed corn-fed chicken, lamb cutlets, chicken souvlaki, pork chops, sea bream fillet, and fillet steak.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with particular expertise in brunch items, herbed corn-fed chicken, lamb cutlets, chicken souvlaki, pork chops, sea bream fillet, and fillet steak.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard, maintaining both quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Accommodate special dietary requests and ensure food is prepared according to guests preferences.
• Uphold a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook with demonstrated skills in preparing brunch, herbed corn-fed chicken, lamb cutlets, chicken souvlaki, pork chops, sea bream fillet, and fillet steak.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
